Troubadour Concert

Burford Theatre Arts Board of Directors are excited to announce a Troubadour Concert at the Burford Theatre on Saturday June 4, 2022!

Themed after the Troubadour night club in West Hollywood, California, the Troubadour Concert will feature a number of local Cowley County musicians! Keep your eyes peeled on our social media for artist announcements as we near the date of performances.

Since opening in 1957, the Troubadour club helped launch some of contemporary music’s most talented performers. Greats such as Elton John, James Taylor, Tom Waits, and more performed there early in their careers, and it continues to be a destination for cutting-edge acts from around the world today. Taking inspiration from this popular music venue, which is known for being an intimate and historically rich setting, our concert at the Burford will reflect that style.

A number of individuals who won special tickets to this event at our annual Burford Fever Fundraiser will arrive early for hors d’oeuvres and seated dinner with special performances by other musicians as well. Ticket holders for the Troubadour Dinner need not purchase concert tickets, they are included with the dinner ticket. There are no dinner tickets available for purchase at this time. After dinner, we will open the doors to the public for the latter half of the evening to showcase our local Cowley County talent to the masses.

Doors will open to the public at 6:30 p.m., and the show will begin at 7:00 p.m. This concert will have concessions and bar. Tickets are $20 each, no reserved seating.
