A special fundraiser for BisonBison Film Festival will be held at the Burford Theatre on Saturday January 21! This fundraiser, a Grease Sing-Along & Costume Contest, is sponsored by Union State Bank. Dress as your favorite characters from the movie and bring the whole family out to experience the friendships, romances, and adventures of a group of high school kids in the 1950s. Welcome to the singing and dancing world of “Grease,” one of the most successful movie musicals of all time! Sing along with Frankie Avalon to ‘Beauty School Dropout,’ with Olivia Newton-John to ‘Hopelessly Devoted To You,’ with John Travolta to ‘Greased Lightning,’ with the whole crew of Pink Ladies and T Birds to ‘You’re the One that I Want,’ and more!
The doors will open at 6:00pm, and the movie will start at 7:00pm on Saturday, January 21. Tickets are $10 each, and will be available at the door or early online at www.burfordtheatre.com. The concession stand and Burford Bar will both be open for this event, with proceeds going back to the BisonBison Film Festival.
