Dinner with Jennifer

Dinner with Jennifer, a cooking demonstration by Jennifer Munson with a meal and optional wine pairings, is set for January 27th at Burford Theatre Arts in the Jean R Snell Kitchen!

Registration is available for $50.00 per person for the demonstration and five-course meal, and is $75.00 per person for the demonstration, five-course meal, and wine pairings with each course. Registration is limited to a total of 25 people.

Jennifer's menu (subject to change):

  • Cucumber ribbons with mint-yogurt dressing and pistachios, paired with a crisp white wine
  • Velvety white bean soup with truffle oil, paired with a creamy white wine
  • Alaskan halibut with a panko crust, sauteed green beans with hazelnuts and dijon, paired with an Oregon pinot noir
  • Beef short ribs with pomegranate sauce and mashed sweet potatoes, paired with a bold red wine
  • Dessert to-be-announced, paired with a complimentary dessert wine
